Digital Products – No Returns or Refunds

All products sold on EasyPeasyPlans are digital downloads delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital file has been delivered or accessed, we are unable to offer:

This policy is in place because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

The file is defective or corrupted and cannot be accessed

You received the wrong product due to a technical error on our part

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the problem, including providing a replacement file if applicable.
